  • Event bookings are time specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time on the correct date.
  • Please be punctual at the requested time , to avoid delays in the start of the event , if you ‘re late to it ( over 20 minutes), we will need to take time on the duration and the selected Event will be charged completely .
  • It will be necessary to specify the treatment or treatments selected by each girl in advance.
  • If you need a last minute event, contact us directly by email at info@prettyday.es or dial +34 674 310 056, from 10.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m.
  • Our clients’ information required to book a party with Pretty Day Eventos (name, email address, contact telephone number, etc.) is protected and strictly private, to be used only as necessary information in order to provide the correct service. It will not be shared with outside parties, made public by any means, or used in any way not originally intended.

 

Cancellation policy

 

Should you need to cancel a confirmed tour booking the following policy applies:
  • You can cancel the booking by sending an email to info@prettyday.es
  • More than 15 days notice: Option to request a refund (minus all credit card or PayPal transaction fees).
  • Less than 15 days: No refund of the deposit.
Should we need to cancel due to other unforeseen circumstances the following applies:
  • You will have an option to reschedule the tour date or we will refund your payment.
  • In case of refund, our policy is to refund only the payment made for the booking. We cannot be held responsible for any travel arrangements or costs that may be incurred on your part.
